The premium grilled aubergine from Mobakher brings the authentic, full flavour of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. Carefully grilled aubergine has a characteristic smoky aroma and a delicate texture and is lightly seasoned with salt and citric acid. This delicious vegetable mixture is the ideal base for traditional spreads such as the famous Baba Ghanoush or Mutabbal – just add tahini sesame paste, garlic, lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. It tastes wonderful served cold with Arabic pita bread as part of a mezze.
