A delicious Bor Čvor cream cheese with a high protein content (20 g per 100 g) and a very low fat content. It has a smooth texture and works wonderfully as a healthy fitness spread on fresh bread, for light dips or as a nutritionally rich base for savoury breakfasts and snacks.

A delicate white brynza-type cheese in brine, made from pasteurised cow's milk. It is distinguished by a rich, mildly salty flavour and a creamy texture with 40 % fat in dry matter. It is excellent in fresh summer salads (e.g. Greek salad), for savoury tarts or simply on fresh bread.
