Jams and preserves

A traditional Bulgarian strawberry "sladko" (a special type of preserve with whole pieces of fruit) made to a homemade recipe. It stands out for the intense, sweet taste of ripe strawberries and a thick consistency. It goes wonderfully on crisp toast with butter, with pancakes and crumpets, or as a traditional treat with tea and coffee.

Magiun de prune

Apricot jam is a traditional treat with a rich fruit flavour. It is made from quality apricots and sweetened with natural sugar. It goes wonderfully with bread, desserts or as a sweet addition to yoghurt and porridge.
