Baklava

Ingredients: Wheat flour, corn starch, water, sugar, wheat semolina, peanuts 4%, vegetable fat (palm), vegetable oils (rapeseed, soybean, sunflower), flavouring, colouring E160, antioxidant E320, butterfat, grated coconut, glucose syrup, salt, sesame paste, acidifier: E330, colourings E131, E160a. May contain traces of walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cashews, lactose and eggs.

Filo pastry - Ideal for making the popular banitsa and burek as well as baklava, sweet and savoury strudels and other Balkan specialities. The fine, thin sheets separate beautifully when baked and form a crisp golden crust.
