A traditional Romanian vegetable spread, Zacusca with roasted aubergine, from the family brand Arovit (founded back in 1924). It is distinguished by the rich, delicate flavour of roasted vegetables and tomato purée with a subtle hint of spices. It is ideal as a cold starter, a spread on fresh bread or toasted baguette, or as a side with meat. A sterilised product with no artificial preservatives.
