Premium Greek black Kalamon olives with stones, preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They are distinguished by the typical lengthwise slit (charakti), a firm body and a rich fruity aroma with a gently tangy flavour. They are made to a traditional family recipe from the Lakonika region. Ideal to eat as they are, in salads, with cheese or as a delicate starter with wine.
Ingredients Kalamon olives, water, salt, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil. An unpasteurised product.
