Whole frozen leaves of the jute mallow plant (Molokhia), the key ingredient for the famous Middle Eastern soup of the same name. They have a unique consistency and a delicate flavour and are often cooked with chicken, garlic and coriander. Note: we do not recommend ordering frozen products outside Prague. (longer time out of the freezer) at the customer's own risk only.
