Mild cow's cheese - mild brynza Miločka in brine 480g

A delicate white brynza-type cheese in brine, made from pasteurised cow's milk. It is distinguished by a rich, mildly salty flavour and a creamy texture with 40 % fat in dry matter. It is excellent in fresh summer salads (e.g. Greek salad), for savoury tarts or simply on fresh bread.
Ingredients Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, lactic acid bacteria cultures, microbial rennet.
