Traditional Turkish mild (NOT HOT) a pepper paste with a rich, intense flavour. It is made from carefully selected red peppers and has a thick consistency (Brix 30-32 %). This paste is a cornerstone of oriental cuisine – ideal as a base for soups and sauces, for seasoning meat dishes or as a key ingredient in traditional spreads such as Muhammara.
