Sterilised large-grain fava beans from Durra bring the authentic taste of the Middle East straight to your table. They have a soft, creamy texture and a pleasant earthy flavour. They are the key ingredient for the traditional Arabic dish Ful Mudammas – just warm them, mash them lightly and season with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and fresh parsley.
