An authentic mix for making traditional chickpea falafel from the renowned Durra brand. This ready-made dry mix is carefully balanced and contains everything needed, including aromatic spices such as coriander and cumin. Preparation is very easy – just add water, leave to rest and fry until golden. The result is crispy balls that are naturally vegan and rich in plant protein.
