Falafel Durra with a moulding tool 350g ( فلافل الدرة مع قالب هدية )

Falafel Durra is a pre-mixed dry blend for making the popular oriental dish falafel. The main ingredients are chickpeas (89%), onion (4,5%), plus salt, coriander, garlic, ginger, turmeric, parsley and a raising agent (sodium bicarbonate). The mix is intended for making fried falafel balls or patties.

Preparation method:

1. Mix the contents of one sachet (200 g) with 250 ml of cold water.

2. Leave the mixture in the fridge to soak up the water for 1,5–2 hours.

3. Use the mould to form the falafel.

4. Fry in hot oil and leave to drain.
