Preparation method
Use soft (preferably filtered) water brought to the boil.
Put two teaspoons of tea per person into the upper part of the teapot.
Top up with boiling water and leave to brew for 13–15 minutes at a low temperature.
Serve in glasses; sweeten to taste if desired.
Once brewed, consume within half an hour.
