A premium mix of wheat bulgur and fine vermicelli pasta from Baladna. This traditional Middle Eastern combination offers a rich texture and a nutty flavour that goes beautifully with meat and vegetable dishes. Bulgur with vermicelli is ideal for making hearty pilafs; before cooking it is recommended to fry the mix briefly in butter or oil to bring out the aroma.
